We are pleased with the personal sign we received. It did have a couple of small dents when we opened the box but not a real problem. My husband will mount it on a piece of live-edge wood and it will make a nice presentation.

I was very upset at first when my first order arrived damaged from shipping. It was an anniversary gift to my husband and we had plans to go away for the weekend. I wanted to give him the gift at our destination. It wasn't meant to be, however, so I wrote my complaint letter and we went away. When we returned from our brief trip, another package was waiting for us and it was a new product with our engraving redone on it. I am happy to report that the package was wrapped for shipping properly and arrived in perfect shape. I had also received an email while away from the company stating that they were in the process of replacing the item. This was all done in a very professional manner and I would definitely reorder from Rusted Orange again in the future.

We love this. The super strong magnets allowed us to mount it on our range hood. I attached cabinet bumbers to one side of the magnets to prevent scratches when we move it for cleaning. Painted it flat black for looks and to prevent rust.
