Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Package Info
Ownership of and responsibility for packages is turned over to USPS once your packages are received by them. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, held, or damaged packages, or for customs fees you may incur to broker receipt of your package. We will not be held responsible for mis-delivery errors via the postal carrier, or incorrect shipping addresses resulting in missed shipments.
Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any of the above shipping issues must be handled between the customer and USPS. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, please refer to our Damaged and Defective Warranty.
