Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT- HELP!
Please refer to our Damaged and Defective Warranty policy and email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
7 DAY STORE CREDIT GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may mail your order back to us within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will issue store credit to you in the amount you paid for the item (once we confirm receipt of the return).
You do need to notify our customer service team that you will be mailing it back to us by emailing email@example.com and using “7 Day Guarantee” in the subject line.
We will not refund or issue store credit for the original shipping cost, nor will we cover the cost of return shipping. If you paid using a voucher code, we will issue store credit to you in the full-price amount of the item you purchased the voucher for.
Once the 7 day post-delivery window has closed, eligibility for returns, store credit or refunds has expired and the 7 day guarantee will be void.
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEM REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Non-personalized items: you may request a return and refund for any non-personalized item as long as the request is sent within 3 business days of your delivery date. You can make this request by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your return request is approved, you may mail your order back to us and we will issue a refund for the cost of the item. We will not refund or issue store credit for the original shipping cost, nor will we cover the cost of return shipping.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS RETURN POLICY
We do not issue refunds for custom products.

All Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
