I have both an address metal sign I love and then later ordered my sons name and my name attached with a heart I have in our entry way. it's very nice but it's smaller than expected. it would be better if there was more information when ordering on what the size will be depending on how many letters or some way of measuring (including height). If I'd known it was going to be smaller, I would have gotten the smaller scale hanger set to go with it. Instead I got the heavy duty which was not necessary.

I ordered a heart with names cutout sign with a discount code. Unfortunately the original sign arrived very bent in the middle of one of the names, even with a huge do not bend sticker on the packaging. The sign would not even lay flat and could not be straightened out. The company reached out to me for a review and I let them know the situation and how disappointed I was. Rusted Orange immediately responded that they were sending me a replacement free of charge (even with having used a discount code for my original order), I was shocked and very happy. The second order arrived a short time later, it too had a slight crease on the outside of the box in the same spot as the first order so I was concerned my second sign would be badly bent too. Luckily this time the very slight bend in the sign itself was hardly noticeable and I was able to flatten it with some added weight. I do believe they need to rethink their method of packing their products so they arrive unbent. Regardless, I love my sign and I highly recommend this company as they obviously believe in their products without question. I definitely will order from Rusted Orange in the future. I did not share a picture of my purchase because it's a gift to be given to my son. Thank you again Rusted Orange Craftworks Co. for being one of the few companies nowadays that
