Great customer service I ordered a couple great outdoors monogram signs for my brothers and dad who love to hunt. The product was beautiful and well made. One of the signs was missing a cutout on the name and I emailed Rusted Company about the mistake. They immediately emailed me back and apologized. They sent me a new product out free of charge and I received it within a couple days! They were great to work with!

Wish I would have stayed with trees!! We bought two of the monograms one for us and one as a gift for Christmas . I wish I had chosen the trees for both as the mountains do not show up as well and that is the one for the gift! That is my fault and we do like our mountain one and it looks good on our porch.

Looks nice, but metal is thin, design a bit crooked I think the name sign is nice, but the metal is a bit thin. It arrived in good shape, but the way it hangs the design is a bit off kilter.

Love it I wanted to add hearts around the word home and I wasn’t sure if they would be able to do it and it came out amazing looking I couldn’t be happier
