I think this company did a great job! The product is as described, and there was good communication about the completion of the order, shipping, and tracking delivery. I saw the advertisement on Groupon and realized I had purchased a Groupon for this product over 6 months ago and completely forgot about it, and it expired. I ordered two of the circle monograms with names for both sides of the family and was super-pleased with them. They really do look awesome in person. I love the silver color and depending on where they want to put them, we may spray them with a clear coat type of rust proof treatment, or a color. I just opened the box. Very pleased at what I saw. They are sturdier than I thought they would be. I plan on hanging it on my front door with a wreath around it, just like the picture in the ad. I am glad to see that the hook hole is included in the making. Just need to change the wreath for the different seasons. I bought one for my daughter too! Very reasonably priced for what you get.

I love these designs; very nice and elegant. I spray painted mine with metallic silver Rustoleum spray paint to prevent rusting, like the seller's instructions recommended and it looks great. My only comment is that the frames themselves are a little thin and delicate. They can easily become slightly bent if not handled carefully or if they fall off the wall. Perhaps add a few elements into your design that would connect the middle section where the letters are printed to add some extra strength to the frame? Not essential, and overall that's my only comment. Otherwise I LOVE the frames and glad I ordered them! :-)

I sent the monogrammed name and initial to each of my brother and sisters. They called me they were absolutely thrilled with them. I will certainly buy more products from this company. The circles were very clean. No Burrs on the metal edges to cut you. The edges themselves were sharp but Qualtry took their time and explained this in the shipment, as well as the care needed to maintain it. Another plus I had them sent directly to family in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Florida. That worked great! Try their products. They are awesome and arrive quickly.
